Evan’s experience spans accounting advisory, transaction underwriting, and financial oversight of middle market companies.

Prior to joining the Ronin team, Evan was Vice President at a Michigan-based private equity firm focused on industrial distribution and building products. For nearly a decade, Evan led dozens of acquisitions and operational improvement initiatives for businesses in the lower middle market.

Evan started his career as a CPA, providing assurance, tax advisory, and financial due diligence services.

Growing up in southeast Michigan, Evan earned a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.  Today, Evan lives in metro Detroit with his dog and skis.
